🔄 QA Circulation Pump Control

QA Circulation Pump Control is an application (QuickApp) for optimizing the control of heating water circulation pump switching. It works as a logic element that connects requests from your thermostats directly to the circulation pump switching. It regularly evaluates the needs of thermostats in individual rooms and starts the pump only when hot water really needs to be supplied.
This way, the application ensures comfort in heated rooms prevents the pump from running "against the wall" against closed heads and saves electrical energy.

💼 Function and Use

This module solves heating automation in systems where the pump needs to be switched centrally based on requests from multiple rooms. The application consolidates requests from individual zones into a single output.
Thanks to direct binding to thermostats, the system responds immediately.

The application is suitable, for example, for controlling a circulation heating pump to a heat pump, where the heat pump heats the tank with its own control and a separate circulation pump is used for heating.

The application now offers the possibility of direct pairing EX01PV device for extended integration options.

For proper operation, you must have thermostats (Climate zones) added and configured in your Fibaro system that the application will monitor.

• Thermostat Monitoring: The application reads the status of thermostats in selected sections of the house. It switches the pump if the difference between the current and desired temperature exceeds the set hysteresis.
• ON/OFF Control: Simple on/off logic without complex modulation algorithms.
• EX01PV Support: Option to assign and cooperate with EX01PV hardware.
• System Protection: Prevents situations where the pump runs against closed thermostat heads, reducing noise in pipes and mechanical stress.
• Clear Dashboard: Displays a list of monitored zones with their current and desired temperatures.

🔄 Operating States

• MONITORING: The system monitors temperatures in assigned zones.
• ACTIVE (Pump ON): The pump is switched on based on a request from one or more zones.
• INACTIVE (Pump OFF): All zones are heated, the pump is switched off.
