QA Light Control
QA Lighting Control: Lighting that thinks for you Transform ordinary lighting into an intelligent experience. The application automatically adjusts light intensity according to time of day, movement in the room or TV activation. In the morning it provides plenty of light, in the evening it creates comfort and at night it doesn't glare – all completely automatically.

💡🏠 QA Light Control
QA Light Control is a comprehensive application for intelligent lighting management and light scenes. It enables advanced light control (switching and dimming) depending on time of day, movement of people, or specific events in the home.
It provides the right atmosphere for every situation – from morning wake-up, through TV watching, to nighttime orientation lighting.
The application is fully integrated into the SHE (Smart Home & Energy) system and intelligently cooperates with sensors, profile management, and multimedia.
💼 Business Presentation
Solution for perfect atmosphere and automation. The application dynamically changes the intensity and behavior of lights based on whether it is morning, evening, or night.
You no longer need to search for a switch or deal with glare at night – the system automatically detects how bright it should be, or whether it should turn off due to TV being on.
📊 Analysis and Data Processing
For clear visualization, work with measurement history, and charts, we recommend integration with SCADA Mervis.

⚠️ Note
To use advanced button control (double/triple click), your Z-Wave devices must be properly configured (parameters and associations set). To prevent measurement errors of illumination, the ambient light level (Lux) is measured only when selected lights are turned off.
⚙️ Key Features
✅ Smart Light Scenes
- Adaptive scene configuration based on time of day (Morning, Day, Evening, Night)
- TV Mode: Automatic scene change when TV is turned on
- Door Open Mode: Automatic scene change when door is opened (optional)
- Intelligent illumination detection: Measurement occurs only when lights are off (eliminates sensor interference from own light)
- Response to movement and ambient light intensity
- Support for gesture control on switch (Click, Double Click, Triple Click)
- Blocking function: Ability to set a device that blocks light start or operation
- Advanced "Sun" logic: Light activation based on sunset/sunrise with adjustable difference (2 hours) and hysteresis
✨ Typical Uses
- Automatic dimmed lighting when moving at night (does not wake others)
- Creating ideal "cinema atmosphere" immediately after TV is turned on
- Changing light intensity in a room based on whether it is cloudy outside (Lux limit)
- Different light behavior when motion is detected (high intensity) and after motion ends (dimming/off)
- Integration with global profiles: Home in "Sleep" mode automatically adjusts behavior of all lights
🔌 Function Requirements
- Dimmers or switches integrated in the system
- Motion and illumination sensors (Lux) in the given zone
- Door opening sensors in the given zone
- Properly configured Z-Wave control parameters for multi-click recognition
- For advanced integrations – additional SHE applications (QA Profile Control, TV Application)
🧰 Setup and Configuration
- Cascading element selection: Section -> Room -> Device
- Detailed behavior configuration for: Morning, Day, Evening, Night
- Setting times for full illumination after click
- Definition of illumination limits for automatic switching (with 2h difference window around sunrise/sunset)
- Assignment of blocking devices and behavior during motion/no motion
