QA Wallbox SPOT Scheduler is a comprehensive application for intelligent planning and management of electric vehicle charging based on current and regular user requirements – spot electricity prices, photovoltaic surpluses, and home energy management. Users set charging requirements through intuitive strategies, and the application optimally forwards these requirements to the control system to achieve the desired charging level under the most favorable conditions.

💼 Commercial Presentation

The application enables combining required charging, cheap energy (PV/SPOT), and regular weekly scheduling. The system always ensures fulfillment of required energy and, when price or generation conditions are met, utilizes cheaper energy as well.

Through photovoltaic surplus reservation, surpluses are not sold prematurely and energy is prioritized for vehicle charging. A unique feature is intelligent energy reservation, which ensures the system will not sell PV surpluses to the grid even when the vehicle is disconnected, so energy is ready for it upon return home.

Current Charging

• Required Energy – always scheduled and charged to the required level by the desired time according to available energy (PV or SPOT) and lowest available prices.
• Cheap Energy (PV/SPOT) – charged only when available and price or generation conditions are met.
• Setting maximum purchase price (for SPOT) and desired benefit.
• Possibility of online battery state (SOC) reading from the vehicle (in preparation).

Timers – Regular Weekly Scheduling

• Automatic charging according to set weekly schedule without need for repeated manual intervention.
• Photovoltaic Surplus Reservation, so surpluses are not sold before scheduled charging (even with vehicle disconnected).
• Setting target SOC, charging level, and priority.
• Possibility of online battery state (SOC) reading from the vehicle (in preparation).

Extra Cheap SPOT

• Activation when price drops significantly or when desired benefit is reached within price range.
• Percentage benefit of current price against long-term minimum and maximum of minimum price.
