QA Wallbox EcoVolter is an application for communication and control of portable Wallbox EcoVolter I. It allows reading operational and status values and direct manual control of charging modes and power.
The application can be used independently as a monitoring and control interface, or integrated as part of home energy management. The application itself does not contain automation logic, but serves as a data and control interface for higher-level applications.
This application is designed for portable Wallbox EcoVolter I.

The application provides an overview of charging status and wallbox operational values and allows manual control. In standalone operation, it serves as a monitoring and control interface.
For automatic charging control based on photovoltaic surplus, an extension with the QA Consumption Control application is required.
For spot price charging control, a combination of QA Spot PRO and QA Wallbox Control applications is required.
The QA Wallbox EcoVolter application itself does not automatically control charging, but provides communication, data collection and direct wallbox control for higher-level control systems.

🔌 Connection and necessary accessories
Stable Wi-Fi connection and a charger variant with Wi-Fi support is required for proper communication with the wallbox.
Communication method: The application communicates with the portable wallbox EcoVolter I through the manufacturer's cloud platform. After installation, it is necessary to enter the device identifier and access token in the application parameters, which will enable secure connection. Local network device discovery is not used for this model.
